These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access to, and use of the CoreTrend Pro indicator and any related products, services, documentation, or content provided by Elite One LLC (“we”, “us”, or “CoreTrend Pro”). By purchasing, accessing, or using CoreTrend Pro you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
“CoreTrend Pro” means the indicator software, related scripts, code, documentation, downloads, and any associated services offered by Elite One LLC.
“You” and “User” mean the individual or entity that purchases or uses CoreTrend Pro.
“Subscription” means any paid access to CoreTrend Pro on a recurring billing basis (monthly, yearly, etc.).
“Third-party services” means services provided by other companies (e.g., TradingView, WunderTrading, PineConnector, exchange brokers).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to purchase and use CoreTrend Pro. By using CoreTrend Pro you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CoreTrend Pro for your internal, personal (or your company’s internal) trading analysis on TradingView and compatible platforms, in accordance with these Terms and any usage instructions we provide.
4. License Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, transfer, publish, or create derivative works of CoreTrend Pro or any portion of it.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code.
Share invite-only scripts, login credentials, license keys, or access links with third parties.
Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
Use CoreTrend Pro to provide third-party services (including commercial signal services) unless expressly permitted in writing by us.
5. Access & Requirements
CoreTrend Pro is distributed as an invite-only TradingView script or other supported format. You are responsible for maintaining any accounts or subscriptions with third-party platforms required to access or use CoreTrend Pro (e.g., TradingView, WunderTrading).
We do not guarantee that CoreTrend Pro will function with every third-party integration, in every market condition, or with every broker/exchange. Compatibility depends on third-party platform APIs, data, and features.
6. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to renewal. By subscribing you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the subscription and any applicable taxes or fees.
You may cancel future automatic renewals anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting support at support@coretrendpro.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not typically refund amounts already billed and your access will remain active until the end of the current paid term.
We reserve the right to change pricing or billing intervals at any time; price changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for, but will apply to subsequent renewals.
Refund policy: All sales are final unless otherwise stated during purchase or required by law. (If you offer a refund window, explicitly state it here — e.g., “We offer a 7-day money back guarantee. To request a refund, contact support@coretrendpro.com within 7 days of purchase.”)
7. Updates & Support
We may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features to CoreTrend Pro at our discretion. Access to updates may be subject to your subscription status.
Basic support is provided to active subscribers via support@coretrendpro.com or the support channels specified at purchase. Priority support or custom services may be offered under separate terms.
8. Disclaimers – No Financial Advice
CoreTrend Pro is a technical analysis tool for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Nothing on our website, within the indicator, in communications, or in any materials should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Trading involves substantial risk; you are solely responsible for all trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
9. No Guarantee of Performance
We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the profitability, performance, reliability, availability, or suitability of CoreTrend Pro for any specific purpose. Past performance, examples, screenshots, or user testimonials are illustrative only and do not guarantee future results.
10. Third-Party Services & Integrations
CoreTrend Pro may rely on third-party services (e.g., TradingView, automation platforms, exchanges). Your use of such services is governed by the third party’s terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of those services.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in CoreTrend Pro (including code, algorithms, graphics, documentation, and trademarks) are owned by Elite One LLC or our licensors. You acquire no ownership rights under these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Elite One LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of CoreTrend Pro, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to these Terms or CoreTrend Pro shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elite One LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of CoreTrend Pro, or your violation of any applicable law.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to CoreTrend Pro at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. Upon termination, all license rights granted to you will cease and you must stop using CoreTrend Pro. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
15. Confidentiality & User Content
You should treat access credentials, license links, and invite-only access as confidential. Do not share them.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
16. Changes to Terms & Product
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice (e.g., email or website notice). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may also change, update, or discontinue features of CoreTrend Pro at our discretion.
17. Privacy
Your use of CoreTrend Pro may involve collection and processing of personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using CoreTrend Pro you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — replace with your governing state/country]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in [jurisdiction]. 19. Severability

20. Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with any purchase confirmation, accepted order, or incorporated documents such as the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and Elite One LLC regarding CoreTrend Pro and supersede all prior agreements.
